ZR-C01A Bioaerosol Generator

The bioaerosol generator ZR-C01A is a special accessory for the Mask Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) Tester ZR-1000 detector. Its working principle is that the bacterial liquid is fragmented into countless aerosol particles under the action of high-speed airflow from the jet port, and then sprayed out through the spray port. The aerosol generator has five external interfaces. In addition to the three interfaces for air supply, liquid supply, and spray, the remaining two are for cleaning the generator. They can be connected with silicone tubes to seal when not in use. The air supply interface is connected to air source equipment such as air compressors, the liquid supply interface is connected to the peristaltic pump by a special silicone tube, and the spray interface is connected to the aerosol chamber by a silicone tube. The generator is made of glass and can be sterilized at high temperatures.
